The group currently operates with a skilled workforce of approximately 80–90 staff and shopfloor personnel, ensuring consistent production capability and reliable operational support.

Manufacturing Infrastructure
The infrastructure consists of purpose-built factories equipped for metal, polymer, rubber lining, and composite bearing manufacturing.
